Outlook will receive an attachment to a message saved on disk

1. Create a new macro

1) Customize the Ribbon with options, and select the Main tab development tool.

2) development tool, macro, enter macro name, create.

Add the following code

 Public SubSaveattach (Item asOutlook.MailItem) Saveattachment Item,"D:\","*.docx"End Sub'Save Attachments'Path is the save route, condition is the attachment name match conditionPrivate SubSaveattachment (ByValItem as Object, path$,Optionalcondition$ ="*")DimOlatt asAttachmentDimI as IntegerIfItem.Attachments.Count >0  Then fori =1  toItem.Attachments.CountSetOlatt =item.attachments (i)'Save the attachmentIfolAtt.FileName like condition Thenolatt.saveasfile Path&olAtt.FileNameEnd IfNextEnd IfSetOlatt = NothingEnd Sub

3) Click Macro Security, macro settings, enable all macros, e-mail security, check the folder under the footsteps of two options

2. Create a theme that contains some content rules, and then execute the Saveattach script.

Finally, restart Outlook.
