I have read the book rapid development-quick software development _ effective control and completion of the progress plan. The following are the problems I encountered during reading:

1. in the process of software development, human factors have a huge impact on the entire project team, and human factors have a great impact on production efficiency, how can we make every member of a team consciously work hard? Is it a material reward? Or something else?

2. when I look at the case, I have the following idea: in the software design and development process, I may encounter such a problem. In the process of software development, I have a very competent person to join the team, this person is able to achieve the most important part of the entire software project. He can do better than expected, and no one can do better than him. At this time, there is a difference with expectation. So should we continue with the plan at this time, or should we move closer to the most critical part as a whole and make some adjustments?

3. Why do most software development projects exceed the estimated time and the larger the project, the higher the project plan, the shorter the period set by the Project Manager than the reasonable time required? Or do most of these design and development teams have some problems?

4. Fast software development is required because the sooner the software is developed, the sooner the software is invested in the market, the better. In the software development process, do you try your best to make the software perfect (that will take more time), or release the software as soon as it meets the basic requirements and bring it to the market?

5. when the entire team conducts division of labor coding, some cases show that when the Code of each part is completed and summarized together, a large number of errors will occur, A new error will be introduced every time you modify an error. If we ask the coding staff to hold regular exchange meetings during the encoding period to discover problems in advance, can this prevent the occurrence of a large number of errors at the end? In this way, can the entire project be shortened to achieve rapid software development?

6. Before developing the entire software project, you must first have a development team. In terms of personnel selection, is it a "great guy" with strong expertise in all aspects, or a technician with strong expertise in some aspects?
