First create a new file, size 300 * 500 pixels, fill color #1a142c.

After that, create a new layer and use the elliptical marquee tool to create a selection like I did in the following image, and fill it with another color #6d56b2.

Press CTRL + D to complete the selection, apply filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, and set the following figure:

Change the opacity of the current layer to 70%.

OK, let's work on the background, and now we're starting to create text effects! Select the Horizontal type tool and write the letter P with KABELBD font and any color.

After that, apply the blending options in the following illustration to the current text layer:? Drop shadow? Gradient overlay? stroke

After setting, the effect is shown below:

Then right click on the layer on the Layers panel and select duplicate Layer Style menu.

Write another letter ' H ' underneath the letter ' P ' layer

Then right-click the layer on the Layers panel and select the Paste Layer style menu.

Add the other letters in the same way.

OK, I want to add some shapes to the background. Now, use the custom shape tool, and then select the star in the shape bar. (pictured below)
