1, a new 800 * 600 pixel file, background fill color: #250324, as shown in Figure 1.

5, a good few petal layer merge, and then copy a layer, press CTRL + T a little rotation, as shown in Figure 7. The same way to duplicate a layer of ice rotation, the effect is shown in Figure 8.
