Photoshop makes a picture full of motion

Dynamic sometimes feel some pictures some rigid, hope to add some dynamic effect to make the photos more vivid. Here's how to make this effect:

Using Photoshop to open the photo you want to work with, open the menu layer to copy the background.

For the newly copied layer, open menu filter/blur/radial (Filter/blur/mirror Blur), amount parameter setting blur degree, Blur Center select Blur Midpoint, Blur method chooses zoom, set good parameter and click OK.

After the image blur processing, the picture has the obvious speed sense.

But found that although dynamic is very strong subject is also really blurred, then we let the main body clear some, select Earse Tool (Erase tool), adjust the size of the brush, erase the main body of the blur, the final effect as shown in Figure 4.
