Photoshop tips for making dream wings

The beam wing fabrication process is not complicated, but the details are tricky to handle. Each big beam is made up of a lot of less transparent light beams, and it takes a certain amount of patience to depict them.

1, a new 1000 * 1000 pixel file, background filled with dark blue: #003991, the following figure.

2, the wings are symmetrical, we only need to make the left or right wing, the other directly copied. First to make the right wing. First to make the first part, the results need to be completed as shown below.
