PHP hyperlink pass value Error 404

That's what I wrote:

a.php file
$f = "SELECT * from Deal where user_id= ' $id '";

$res _f= $conn->query ($f);

while ($row _f= $res _f->fetch_assoc ()) {

$id = $_get[' id '];

When I click on the a.php file hyperlink a Times wrong 404
The requested url/index.php is not found on this server

I don't have one here to index.php.

This $id can not parse it, with the echo output.

This has been solved, I put? Written in &, huh, huh?
