PHP space upload limits how to handle

What to do if PHP space uploads are limited
Because the space can only FTP upload files can not configure the server, I should how to break through this, can upload PHP files to modify this parameter? If you can, attach the code to detail.
Now the server configuration is (post_max_size 8m,upload_max_filesize 8M) upload limit

------Solution--------------------
No, Ini_set () does not support post_max_size, so the PHP code is not,
Try the. htaccess Add:
Php_value upload_max_filesize 10M
Php_value post_max_size 10M
But not expected (since space restrictions, then people rely on technology to eat, can think of may have been blocked off)

Worst-case plan, cut files, upload in batches.
