Platform_driver_register (), Platform_device_register () difference

Device-to-driver binding: Binding at device registration and binding at driver registration. As an example of a USB device, there are two scenarios:
(1) Plug in the USB device and hang it into the bus, and then traverse each device from the bus during the installation of the USB driver, to see if the driver matches it, and if the match is fixed. This is Platform_driver_register ()
(2) Install the USB driver first, and then when the USB device is plugged in, then traverse each driver on the bus to see if they match and bind them if they match. This is the Platform_device_register () function
