Power on automatically open NumLock

Previously seen by modifying the registry implementation, but not a few days to expire, such methods do not recommend to try, because modify the registry is possible to make the system exception

The following few lines of simple code can be implemented

And then let the program boot up and run just fine, have not done, you can copy the program to the following directory

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
