Power-on Error: Winlogon.exe application errors

Failure Phenomenon:

On the boot, display the following Figure dialog box, no icon on the desktop, only this dialog box, click "OK" or "Cancel" will be restarted.

　　Reason Analysis:

Winlogon.exe is the program that controls the landing of your system, is the system absolute core process, use to manage system user login! If Winlogon.exe failure, will directly cause the machine blue screen and constantly restart!

Situation 1: The original login program Winlogon.exe logic was destroyed, and will appear blue screen, which is a sign of the virus;

Situation 2: Some parts of the hardware are improperly configured;

Situation 3: Hardware installed mismatch driven;

Situation 4: The machine overclocking, resulting in the inability to withstand a certain load caused by collapse;

Situation 5: Some hardware may not be plugged in, or damaged, the hardware needs to be upgraded;

Scenario 6: The operating system needs to be updated, not to recognize certain hardware, or to drive upgrades.

Solution:

Method One: (verified)

The user's boot and non-Microsoft services are all prohibited then uninstall Sogou Input method and other redundant input method (Acura Wubi and Baidu Input method), problem solving.

Method Two: (reference)

Click "Start"-"Run"-Enter cmd OK, copy and paste the following command in the Command Prompt window: for%1 in (%windir%system32*. DLL) do regsvr32.exe/s% 1, and then OK.

Method Three: (reference)

1, if the machine has a system backup, it is recommended to restore the system;

2, if the machine does not have a system backup, and Winlogon.exe fault is not a virus or trojan caused, it is recommended to directly repair the system;

3, if the machine does not have a system backup, and Winlogon.exe fault is a virus or trojan caused, it is recommended to directly format the reload system.
