When watching movies and TV dramas, many friends will notice the pleasing subtitles. Although we do not have professional subtitle production equipment, we can also use PowerPoint to produce even more brilliant subtitles effects.
 
1. Start PowerPoint 2000, execute the menu "file → new" command, in the Open New Presentation dialog box, select the blank Presentation template, and then click OK. In the New Slide dialog box
 
Create a blank version of the slide file.
 
2, the Executive menu "insert → picture → from file" command, in the Open Insert Picture dialog box, select the background picture file name, and then click the "Insert" button. Then choose a good background picture will appear on the slide. Select the picture frame, when the picture around the white small square, with the mouse to pull the size of the picture frame.
 
3, select the picture, perform the "Edit → copy" command, copy the picture to the Clipboard!
 
4. Select the "Crop" tool button on the Picture toolbar, start cropping the picture, keep the picture about 1/5 of the lower part, and then move the cropped picture to the area outside the slide. Perform the edit → paste command to paste the picture on the Clipboard onto the slide again. Then use the cropping tool to retain about 1/5 portions of the upper part.
 
5. Execute the Paste command again, paste the background picture onto the slide, select "Crop", click the right mouse button, and perform "stacking order → Place Bottom" command in the pop-up shortcut menu. The current slides are composed of three pictures, each of which is a complete background, 1/5 and 1/5 parts. Three picture stitching good, do not let people see that is three pictures yo, to give people feel is a picture.
 
6, the main menu "Insert → text Box → level" command, and on the slide on the top 1/5 text "subtitle animated demo text." Then modify the text, set the font for aggravating, font size 32, and set the font to "italics GB2312." After you complete the text settings, select the text box and click the right mouse button, perform the "stacking order → put in the bottom" command, after the completion, right-click again, and perform the "stacking order → move Up" command so that the text box can be placed between the bottom and upper text. Then create another text box, enter the text "Ming Jian", and at the same time set a good font, size and so on.
 
7, in order to let the subtitles can move, we also need to set the text box animation playback mode.
 
Perform the menu slide show → Custom animation command, open the Custom Animation Settings dialog box, set the from bottom, slow move option in the animation effect, and then select the "Wind Chimes" voice in the sound settings for dubbing. Finally click the OK button to complete. The same reason, for the "Ming Jian" text box to set Custom Animation mode for scaling, amplification mode.
 
8, in the Custom Animation dialog box to switch to the "Order and Time" tab, set two "text" box to play the order, you can select the text object you need to adjust the number, click the Move button up or down to adjust the order of play. Then select "After Previous event" in the "Start animation" option and set to start in "0" seconds after the previous event. When you place a text box, you need to place the bottom line of the text box in the upper part of the background picture, and if you have more text, you can extend it from the top of the slide.
     
Finally, we can press the F5 key to preview the effect of the animation, and see how good it (as pictured).
