PPT2010 How to print a handout master

1. Open the slide and click on the handout master under the View tab.

2. Set these parameters under the Handout Master tab:

Handout direction: transverse/longitudinal; Slide direction: horizontal/vertical;

Number of slides per page: We set it to 3 sheets;

You can also set the header footer, date page number, etc.

Header and footer, date page number, and so on can click drag to change position

3. After setting, now close the motherboard view, as shown in the following figure.

4. Select "File"--"print"

Set the number of printed slides, the number of prints per page (set to 3 here)
