Chinese IT staff are lucky to be able to quickly access various new ideas and technologies through network tools. However, this convenience makes it easy for many developers to expand every day and lose their original goals, thus greatly shortening the effective development time. If you want to make full use of the time, you can refer to some of our practices:
1) divide all the things to be done into important and urgent ones (of course you can also divide them into more categories );
2) first arrange those urgent;
3) Don't forget to arrange and handle important matters before they are settled! (Your future depends on these things.)

If you use a whiteboard or download our time dashboard tool, it is more intuitive.
The main interface of the tool is as follows. Right-click the tool and you can easily add or modify it. The bottom calendar helps you query what has been arranged on a certain day.

To meet your special requirements, you can modify the project information of the configuration file (bin \ sys_cfg.xml) as your own. You can also modify the color schemes to better suit your aesthetic habits.
