Problems when installing Bugfree 3.0.4

Bugfree 3.0.4, the problems appearing during the installation process are recorded as follows for future inspection.

The Apache in question 1:xampp does not start, and port 80 is not occupied.

Reason and resolution: XAMPP Control Panel prompts visual svn server to occupy 443 ports. Click the config button after Apache to change Apache (listen 443 in httpd-ssl.conf to other values, such as 433).

Issue 2: The Xampp/htdocs/bugfile directory read/write failure is displayed when the first step of the environment checks the page.

Workaround: Create a new Bugfile folder under xampp/htdocs/!

Issue 3: In the second step of configuring the page, you do not know what the database user name and password should be entered. Error: Access denied for user ' * * * * * * * * * (using Password:yes)

FIX: User name default input: Root, password is empty.

Issue 4: When adding a user, the user name cannot contain uppercase letters. Otherwise, always prompt "user name does not exist" when logging in

Issue 5: Added users prompt for "No product access" at logon

WORKAROUND: The user must have at least one product that can be accessed. If it is a newly-installed Bugfree, there is no user groups and products. First, add a user group in the User Group management page, such as Groupa, add this user to this user group, adding a product to the Product Management page, specifying the user group for this product is Groupa. This allows the user to log in.

Finally remember the XAMPP Control Panel in the Apache and MySQL in front of the corresponding Svc hook, so that each time they boot up as a service automatically started.
