PHP's Process control supports the implementation of UNIX-style process creation, program execution, signal processing, and process interruption. Process Control cannot be applied in a Web server environment and can have unexpected results when it is used in a Web service environment.
Pcntl cannot be used on Web servers ... Since PHP cannot be used in a Web server, then where is this situation?
Client??
