Party A hereby entrusts Party B to complete the development of the __________________ project. The two parties agree on the following:

1. The project development fee is 500 RMB for 8 hours. The total amount is _________ RMB.
2. The project development fee is paid twice. The first payment date is ________, and the payment amount is RMB. The second payment date is within 24 hours after project acceptance. 11. If Party B uses a class library with its own property rights, the source code is not provided, but the detailed usage instructions of this class library must be provided.
12. The Parties shall coordinate and resolve all matters in the agreement.

 

Appendix: Evaluation Policy for project development time:

1. Party A shall provide the project requirement document and propose the evaluation time.
2. Party B evaluates the project according to the project requirements document and proposes the evaluation time.
3. Both parties negotiate on the time and determine the final time.
4. If the workload of the project evaluated by both parties is 5 days (40 hours), but party B requires 10 days to complete due to Party B's reasons, Party A shall only pay the amount of 5 days of work.
