In the previous article, we introduced how to select the desired graph. But often when we actually do the project we need to create a circular icon or an oval icon, which will make our icons more aesthetically pleasing than the rectangle icon.
So how do you change a rectangle icon to a circle icon?
First we need to use the following tools in PS:
1. Ellipse Marquee tool (for selecting ellipse or circular part, hold SHIFT key while circle)
2, Magic Eraser (used to remove the selected color of the part)
Next look at our results:
First, use the Ellipse Marquee tool to circle the circle picture part.
Then, invert the selection.
Next, we want to fill the reverse selection of the part, because of the unfamiliar to PS, we did not find the corresponding fill shortcut key, just in the editor to see the "fill", here we'd better remember a shortcut key Alt+delete as a fill.
Here my padding is black by default.
Finally we will reverse select Cancel, in the "Select" menu, for example the following:
In the end we will be able to save the circular image we want, but there is a need for special instructions:
The effect of saving pictures in PS to get what you designed, you need to save the image in PNG format, JPG format is not, after experimental proof.
Look at the PNG image I made:
In the end, write a word of emotion:
Every point of study will promote your progress!!
We're all angry!
