Final effect Diagram
1. Create a background layer
First create a new document, size can be customized, I set the 800x800 pixel, set the foreground and background color for #b38adb, #212121; perform "filter"-"Render"-"cloud" operations until you are satisfied with the effect.
2. "Lens Halo" Filter Application
Then perform "Filter"-"Render"-"lens flare", the default setting. Perform the above action again, adjusting the position of the flare at the same time. As shown in the figure.
Next, do the filter-twist-rotate twist, angle 250, and try other settings that have different effects.
3. Copy layer, rotate, adjust layer mode
Copy the background layer and perform "edit"-"transform"-"rotate 90 degrees (clockwise)", and adjust the layer mode, you can set the "overlay" "soft light", "light" and other layers of the different layer mode, this tutorial is "superimposed" mode.
Copy the background layer and rotate clockwise.
4. Finishing Adjustment work
Merge all layers (preferably a copy of the original layer); Copy the merged layer, then perform "Filter"-"blur"-"Gaussian blur", the value is set to the best within the 2.0-5.0 range, adjust the layer mode to "overlay"
Then copy the merged layer and place it on top of the layer where the action is performed. Then perform "filter"-"twist"-"permutation", with a scale of 10. The replacement file provided.
Adjust the layer mode to "overlay" or "soft light", the effect of choice. Set Transparent as: 50-80%, the effect as shown in the figure.
