PS Synthetic floating islands on the sea

The effect chart includes the sea surface and the island two parts. When synthesized, the ocean background is well done, then the island is made with soil material, and the tree and some birds can be decorated appropriately.

Final effect

1. Create a white background with a size of 800px * 1140px. Drag the ocean picture footage into Photoshop and select the following area with the selection tool.

2, copy and paste into the document you just created, resize to fit the width of the canvas.

3. Wipe off the top edge of the ocean with soft eraser.

4. Create two adjustment layers as masks for ocean layers:

5. We will add some fish to the ocean. Open with Photoshop and select some fish: (You can use the Magic wand or Quick selection tool to choose from.) )

6, will pull out the fish into the ocean layer above. The blending mode is "overlay" and the effect is as follows.

7, start to add the sky, according to the figure shown select selection for the sky.

8, copy and paste to the document, adjust the size to fit our canvas, apply the following adjustment layer as a mask:

9, with soft eraser wipe off the bottom edge of the sky layer, let it into the ocean.

10, this is the effect so far.

11, add ground, drag the ground material to PS, select Selection tool with selection tools, as shown in the following figure.

12, copy and paste to the document. Resize it and put it on top of the ocean layer. Rub its edges with a soft eraser until the following shapes are formed.

13, with the deepening tool to deepen the bottom of the ground, as shown in the following figure.

14, for the soil layer to add curve adjustment layer mask.
