The effect picture is very beautiful, also very magical. But the synthetic material is a bit more, the process is long. General idea: first conceive the desired picture, and then collect the material close to the theme, then start from the background of the map, the general structure of the details, adjust light and shadow, rendering color, and so on, finally adjust the overall color, modify the good details and so on.

Final effect

1. Create a new canvas, as shown below.

2, now put "underwater" picture dragged in, placed in the position of the following figure.

3, click the Quick Mask button, add a mask for the layer, then switch to the Brush tool (B), adjust the brush hardness, not too hard, the foreground color is set to black, the top half of the picture is hidden, the following figure.

4, copy a layer, drag to the right of the canvas, as shown below.

5, the "underwater" picture and then dragged into the canvas once, placed in the middle of the screen, the following figure.

6, or as before, add a layer mask, hide the upper part, and erase the left and right edges of the picture so that it blends with the surrounding. Then select the three "underwater" layers and press "ctrl+e" to merge them, as shown below.

7, now add a brightness/contrast adjustment layer for the merged layer, the value is as follows, and then create a clipping mask for the adjustment layer, so that it only acts on the next layer (or you can put the mouse on the adjustment layer and the "underwater" layer in the middle of the divider line, hold down the "alt" button, click the left mouse button).

8. Create a layer mask for brightness/contrast, smear the following areas with a black brush so that the adjustment layer does not work for this area, as shown below.

9, according to the above method, and then to "underwater" layer to add a curve adjustment layer, the value is as follows (first adjust the entire graph curve, and then select the blue channel for special Adjustment).

10, now the "sky" picture dragged in, under the "underwater" layer.

12, in the exposure adjustment layer to create a layer mask, black brush smear the following areas, so that it is not affected by exposure, as follows.
