Pywin32 Importerror:dll load failed: The specified module could not be found

Operating System Information:

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate OS version: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 76 system type: x64-based PC

Python version:

Python 2.6.6 (r266:84297, 18:13:38) [MSC v.1500-bit (AMD64)] Onwin32

Use the Pywin32-219.win-amd64-py2.6.exe during the installation process to report:

Traceback (most recent): File "<string>", line 613, in <module> file "<string>", line 321, I N Install File "<string>", line 159, Loadsystemmoduleimporterror:dll load failed: The specified module could not be found.

This step is normally required to complete the Pywin32_system32 directory creation and copy the following 3 DLL files into the system32:

D:\python26\lib\site-packages\pywin32_system32>dir/bpythoncom26.dllpythoncomloader26.dllpywintypes26.dll

This version may have problems with compatibility and always report the above error.

Use Pywin32-218.win-amd64-py2.6.exe to install normally.
