QFD: modifying workflow and publishing again

After the workflow is modified and re-released, QFD adds (n) to the original name. below is my name.

1. I want to modify the "nursing fake approval" workflow that has been published to the list ";

2. Click "Open QFD" and use the latest version 100716;

3. Open the published workflow, and choose file from the menu bar.ÀOpen from SharePointÀDialog Box

4. Double-click "nursing fake approval" to open the Workflow view;

 

5. re-release. file in the menu barÀPublish to SharePointÀDialog BoxÀPublish;

6. Refresh the list and click "Modify workflow Settings". You can see "nursing leave approval (1 )";
