, everyone's different, that administrator is the current login username, find the ~rnsetup folder (note, if you are not the first to install RealPlayer, and the Temp folder has never been emptied, then the folder name may be ~rnsetup0, ~rnsetup1 and so on), open to find Cnnic folder, inside is Cnnic installer, a total of 2 files, RNController.dll and Setup.exe, delete the 2 files, then build 2 blank text files, renamed RNController.dll and Setup.exe respectively.

Then you can continue to install RealPlayer, will prompt RNController.dll error, do not care about it, because RNController.dll files have been changed. The installation is finished and can be used without any effect on the RealPlayer program itself.
