  1. Install and paste the Plugin:

Http://www.redmine.org/attachments/5472/redmine_screenshot_paste-1.1.1.zip

Installation:

Put the "redmine_screenshot_paste" folder extracted from the downloaded package in the/vendor/plugins/directory of redmine and run it in the root directory of redmine:
Rake DB: migrate_plugins rails_env = Production

The installation is successful.
Problems:
You can use the javatm plug-in only after installing it ,:
