Requirement collection? There are no users around and no resources. The customer has a general concept, so we need to build a CRM.

What should I do? -Perform product function data analysis. For each type, at least 10 or more products are analyzed. If the industry is complex, more than products are not considered.

Search for competitors:

Open products for the XX platform, find similar products you want to do, and start a functional experience for end users.

 

Break down competitors:

 

Different product features are widely called, and most of their functions are the same. Group by function:

Customer Management: XX products, XX products .....

Product Management: XX products, XX products .....

.....

Function statistics

A pie chart shows how many products are used for each function. The data on the chart is clear at a glance:
