Problem description
When you browse a Web page using the desktop version of IE11, there are times when browser controls are not compatible, and you still want to run a dialog box.
When you select still run controls, the Web page refreshes to the error page "Cannot display this page," and does not work correctly, regardless of whether you restart or use a different browser.
Solving method
1. In IE11, click the "Gear" flag in the upper right corner to open Internet Options (or, by pressing the "ALT" key, select Internet Options in the menu bar-tools list);
Access to the Internet option (also accessible through step 4th)
2. On the Advanced tab, in the security settings, cancel the "Start Enhanced protection Mode" feature (tick this √);
3. Restart the computer (this is necessary yo);
If the problem is not resolved, further action
4. Press the "ALT" key to open the Compatibility View setting in the menu bar-tools list (also by clicking on the "gear" sign in the upper right corner of IE 11);
Enter compatibility View settings (also accessible through step 1th)
5. Add the problem website to the list, if you open the Compatibility view setting in the Problem page, the address of the website will automatically appear in the Add box, click "Add";
One last step
6. Open "Run" (win+r), enter "cmd" return, (or directly with the system search "cmd" or "Command Prompt")
7. Enter the "netsh winsock reset" carriage return in the window
This method also applies to problems in Windows 8.1 where other browsers do not have access to the Internet.
