Resolve VI cannot use arrow keys and BACKSPACE key issues

1. When using the VI command, the file cannot be edited normally, there are always many letters when using the arrow keys, or the BACKSPACE key becomes the function of the arrow keys.

Just reload the VI's dependency package to solve the problem of the VI Editor's direction key change letter.
Rpm-e vim-enhanced
Rpm-e Vim-common
Yum Install vim
Try the VI editor again, is not back to normal.

2. Modify the/etc/vim/vimrc.tiny file to set the set compatible to the set nocompatible. This is because sometimes the system will default to VIM-compatible VI, so use the VI command.
