Rich Dad said, "listening to people's conversations and looking into their souls" is because behind a person's language of choice reflects the basic values of this person and the key differences with others. The following are some common characteristics of a group in a quadrant that distinguishes the population from the population in another quadrant.

Meanings of each letter in the quadrant:

E stands for employees

S stands for freelancers

B Represents the enterprise owner

I Represents investors

 

 

E. (employee) when I hear the words "security" or "welfare", I can know who these people are. The word "assurance" is a word that is often used to respond to fear. People from the "e" quadrant often use this word. When the problem involves money and work, many people even hate the fear that comes from economic uncertainty ...... Therefore, we are eager to obtain assurance. The term "welfare" means that people still like some extra reward, that is, a clear and guaranteed additional allowance, such as a medical plan or retirement plan. Uncertainty can make them feel unhappy, and certainty can reassure them. They will say, "I will give you this ...... At the same time, you have to promise me to give it in return ." They want a certain degree of certainty to calm their fears, so they seek assurance and strict agreements when they are employed.They will say "I am not that interested in money", which is true. For them, protection is generally more important than money.An employee can be the company's president or the company's gatekeeper. The question is not what they do, but the agreement they sign with the individual or organization that hires them.

 

 

S, (self-employed, freelancer) This is a group of people who want to "be their boss" or who like "do things for themselves. I call these people "people who do things in person ". Generally, when talking about money, a stubborn and typical "dislike him or her to depend on others. In other words, if "S" is working hard, they want their work to be rewarded. They hold a very opposite attitude towards money.Many "S" people do not want to hire or train others, because once training is completed, these people often become their competitors. This is also one of the reasons for them to work harder and do things in person.

 

B, (Business owener, enterprise owner) this type of person is almost the opposite of "S,The true business owners "B" like their elites who are surrounded by four quadrants "E, S, B" and "I ".. Unlike "B", "S" does not like to assign jobs (because no one can do better), but the true "B" prefers to assign jobs. "B" has the following motto: if you can hire someone to do things for you, and they can do better than you, why do you want to do things yourself? Ford's famous saying goes like this:"Thinking is the hardest job in the world. That's why few people are engaged in this job ."

 

 

 

 

I, (investors) investors make money. They don't have to work because their money is working for them. The "I" quadrant is a game farm for rich people. No matter which quadrant people make money, if they want to become richer one day, they will eventually enter the "I" quadrant. In the "I" quadrant, money has become a fortune.
