1 Description of the phenomenon

2 Problem Analysis

At the end of the rsyncserver exception, the PID file is not deleted in time, causing the service to start again when it is detected that the PID file already exists and does not perform the start operation. The Windows Service Manager does not use the PID as the detection standard, so pop up the above start and stop the prompt.
