Is this principle easy to understand? So the company boss does not understand this truth? Of course not. The company is very willing to meet reasonable demands, because the company understands that "to achieve long-term development, we must develop together. The fear is that employees do not have requirements.

Of course, I do not advocate that you raise your requirements and raise your salary every day. Note that it is a "reasonable appeal "! Reasonable demands will certainly be respected by the company, and the company is very willing to meet the conditions of the license. If the company depends on everyone for profit, it will naturally not go to the day of the week.

Not married, unreliable

I used to share my famous saying in my previous team that "your value is equal to the value you have created. If you cannot create value, you have no value ." You have a chance to create more value. People often say that they are not married, and their hearts are unstable. It is too difficult to establish a career. This seems to have nothing to do with the salary increase, but we need to understand that the company will not raise the salary for no reason, you have the opportunity to create greater value for the company, you have the opportunity to raise the salary, if the company does not give you this opportunity, your effort will be greatly discounted.

In my personal understanding at the time, the company won't raise your salary because you bought a house. That's your personal business. He worked very hard and his work was recognized, so he naturally got a raise.

Every company has its own salary system and won't destroy the system because of someone. However, the company's management team is also a person and will also talk about human feelings. In the absence of candidate competence, it is also reasonable to give the opportunity to the people most needed. Most importantly, he has better stability and won't easily change jobs under huge economic pressure. He is more likely to work in the company for a long term. The significance of a house for Chinese people is great. This is the truth that "people have a permanent property and start to have a permanent business.

Unlike me, when I arrived in Shenzhen in the first year, the company asked me if I wanted to transfer my account (the company had a transfer index). I said no, and asked again in the next year, I still said no. Until my manager scolded me for being stupid, "Look at you, Why is it just a project manager? I have a friend. After listening to me, my husband and wife finally bitted their teeth and bought a room. Then both parties apply for a salary increase from their own organizations. Of course, they do not directly say "I want to raise my salary". This is too vulgar, but rather shows the company their economic situation, we hope to take on more responsibilities and create greater value for the company. But one year later, both of them raised their salaries, thus offsetting the mortgage pressure.
