Samsung N7100 sends text messages to the recipient. The recipient receives question marks. How can this problem be solved?

If the recipient receives a question mark after sending the text message, check the following content:

 

1. Re-edit the sent content and try to change the recipient.

 

II. Clear text message data.

 

1. Click application on the standby page ].

 

 

2. Click set ].

 

 

3. Slide the screen up and click Application Manager ].

 

 

4. Slide the screen twice to the left and find the all option.

 

 

5. Scroll down the screen and click information ].

 

 

6. Click clear data, click OK, and try to send a text message again.
