Tip: The following operations take the "WIN7" system as an example. If other operating systems are used, find the menu settings corresponding to the system.
Method 1: set the "Print Spooler" service status.
1. On the desktop, right-click the computer icon and click manage ].
2. In the displayed "computer management" window, double-click "services and applications ].
3. Click service ].
4. In service, find Print Spooler and double-click it.
5. after the "Print Spooler attributes" window is displayed, set "start type" to "automatic", set "service status" to "started", and click "OK ].
If the problem persists after the above changes, proceed with Method 2.
Method 2: Set the "windows firewall" service status.
1. Follow [set "Print Spooler" service status] in the first three steps.
2. In service, find windows firewall and double-click it.
3. after the "windows firewall properties" window is displayed, set "startup type" to "automatic", set "service status" to "started", and then click "OK ].
Method 3: disable windows Firewall
If neither method nor method can solve the problem, we recommend that you disable windows Firewall.
1. On the desktop, click start in the lower left corner of the computer, and then click control panel ].
2. Click system and security ].
3. Click windows Firewall ].
4. Click open or close windows firewall in the left-side navigation pane ].
5. Click close and then click OK ].
Note: Make sure that your driver is downloaded from the official website or installed with a random CD. If not, click here to download the printer driver and try to install it.
If the above operations cannot solve the problem, it may be that the computer system is not compatible with the driver. We recommend that you try another computer system.
