Its basic idea is to abstract the underlying network capabilities into a series of standard software interfaces for programmers to call, so that business developers do not need to know the communication network technology and protocol details. They only need to compile the application based on the business control logic, so as to achieve the separation of the business layer and the network layer.

Such a business structure allows independent software vendors to flexibly develop business control logic using open network capabilities and resources, which is called the provision of 3rd-party businesses. The intervention of many software vendors can form an environment for rapid development of diverse businesses to meet the needs of the market and users.
