A SharePoint Farm has many Service applications. However, it is unrealistic for the Farm administrator to manage all Service applications. In some large organizational structures, different businesses are managed by different people. Generally, the Farm administrator is in the IT department and does not know the business of other departments. The User Profile Service Application is better managed by the personnel department, and the ManagedMetadata Service Application is better managed by the department in charge of overall planning.

How can different people manage different Service applications without being added to the Farm Administrators Group?

At this time, log on to the Central Administration as the administrator assigned to the Service Application, and you will find that the administrator can log on, but can only see the settings for this Service Application. Other settings cannot be seen.

What if I delete this administrator from the Service Application? He can still log on to Central Administration, but he can't see anything.
