"Manage Workflow Constants"

Manage workflow constants. Here you can manage the constants used in the workflow, that is, you can define some constants to apply to our workflow. You can select the string plaintext, ciphertext, date, user name password, and number type when you create it.

The scope here shows the site, and if you jump to the workflow constants of the Sites collection, it will be displayed as site Collection, and the URL's scope parameter value may be confusing and need to be noted.

"Manage Holidays"

Manage Vacations. Here is a list of holidays for this site that you can manage for your holidays.

The name to Chinese will become garbled, so the test here I changed to English.

"Workflow Change Approval"

Workflow change approval. Sets whether changes to the workflow require approval, whether by default, approval is not required. If you are set up to require approval, you need to specify the name of the approval workflow, the group of users that are approved, and how you want to handle the running workflow.

Click "OK" to enter the Workflow Visualization view page and modify it.

"Manage User Defined Actions"

Manage user-defined actions. This shows a list of user-defined workflow actions that can be customized for workflow actions.

"Manage Workflow History lists"

Manages the workflow history list. Here you can see the list information for the Workflow history list (a bit around the mouth, a list, each item is a list of workflow history). You can create and manage an existing list of workflow histories, and only disable actions after they are created without deleting the action.

"Workflow Error Notifications"

Workflow Error (cancel) reminder. Lets you set whether the workflow creator and other people (can be set) are notified when a workflow error or cancellation occurs.

"Purge Workflow Data"

Clears the workflow data. Clears the workflow data when the list or library is deleted, or a custom filter condition to clear workflow data that satisfies the criteria.

"View reports"

View Workflow reports. You can view the workflow statistics report information for a dimension.
