Create Task (User Interaction Group, Enterprise Edition only)

This action is used to create a task in Microsoft Exchange.

Microsoft Exchange Connection Details

Enter the URL address and user name password for the Exchange Web service. Edit mode, you can use Nintex's own UI, or you can edit the XML yourself in advanced mode.

Task Details

The details of the task, including the name, body, assigned to, start end time, and so on.

Declare as Record

This operation requires server version support.

The action is used to declare the current entry as a record.

The record constraint configuration is applied when the current entry is declared as a record. The record constraint configuration can be set in the record Declaration settings of the SharePoint site.

Decommission AD User (Enterprise Edition only)

This action is used to disable or remove a user from AD.

LDAP Path

Configure the LDAP path.

Decommission user

User

The user name (sAMAccountName) in AD.

Action

Disabled or deleted.

Decommission Site Collection (Enterprise Edition only)

This action is used to delete or restrict access to a site collection.

Credentials

Manipulate all user credentials for the site collection.

Url

The URL of the site collection to manipulate.

Action

Read-only, restrict access, and delete options.
