In fact, the shared login interface does not allow visitors to enter other access account names because the workstation of the other party imposes network restrictions to prevent unfamiliar users from intruding into the workstation system at will. You only need to cancel this restriction in the workstation system of the other party, so that the shared login interface can allow us to enter the name of the access account. The following describes the specific implementation steps:

First, log on to the target workstation system where the shared resources are located as the system administrator, and click "start"/"run" commands on the system desktop, enter the string command "gpedit. msc, click OK to enter the system group policy edit window of the target workstation.

In the left-side list area of the editing window, place the cursor on the "Computer Configuration" branch project, select the "Windows Settings", "Security Settings", "Local Policy", and "Security Options" under the branch, in the list area on the right of the corresponding "Security Options" subitem, find the "Network Access: sharing and security mode of the Local Account" group policy option.

Right-click the target option and execute the "properties" command from the shortcut menu, open the Group Policy attribute settings window as shown in, and click the drop-down button in the settings window, select the "classic-Local User Authentication" item from the drop-down list, and then click "OK, in this way, the shared logon interface allows us to enter other shared access names at will.

Accidental loss of shared access passwords

In order to ensure that your shared information is not stolen by others, I believe most of my friends will set an access password for their shared folders. In the future, they will need to access their shared resources, only by entering the shared access password accurately can you see the privacy information in your shared folder.

In order to avoid frequent input of shared access passwords, many friends often select the "remember my password" option when opening the shared login interface for the first time, in this way, these users will not repeatedly enter the access password when accessing the same shared resources in the same workstation in the future.

In this case, once the shared access password is forgotten, the target shared resource will naturally be inaccessible. To re-access previous shared resources, the only solution is to retrieve the previous shared access password. The following describes how to find a lost shared access password:

First, click the start button on the desktop in the local workstation system to open the Start menu of the system and execute the Run Command, in the displayed system running dialog box, enter the string command "controluserpassword2" and click "OK" to go to the user account settings page.

Click the "advanced" tab on the settings page and click "manage password" on the option settings page, then we will see a "Storage user name and password" setting interface, find the host name that saves the target shared resource from the list box on this setting interface, and select the target host option with the mouse, at the same time, click the "attribute" button next to the expected option to open the attribute interface for logging on to the target host. We can find the username and password for logging on to the current host from this attribute interface, however, all the password information shown here is an asterisk.

To obtain the specific password information, we can download a special cracking program used to translate the asterisks password. After installing the cracking program, just move the mouse to the asterisk position of the password, the corresponding cracking tool can translate the star password into a specific password string, so that the previously forgotten or lost shared access password can be retrieved smoothly, we can use this password to access the previous shared resources.
