[Silverlight getting started series] Byte [] converting xelement

Source: Internet
Author: User

Xmldocument cannot be used in Silverlight. xdocument can be used but cannot be serialized. Therefore, we recommend that you use xelement. You can use the LINQ syntax to query its content.

If the XML string is converted to xelement, you can use xdocument. parse (xmlstring ). root; if it is byte [], how to convert it, you can use the following method (do not convert byte [] to string first, there is a potential problem of Encoding ):

1: Byte[] Bcontent;// Input byte []

2: Using(Var ms =NewMemorystream (bcontent ))

3:{

4:VaR xmldoc =NewXmldocument ();

5:

6:Xmldoc. Load (MS );

7: ReturnXelement. Load (NewXmlnodereader (xmldoc ));

8:}

For other operations on xelement, refer to my blog and blog.

LINQ to XML

For more information about the XPath ing between the XPath syntax and the LINQ to XML syntax, see msdn.
