As an IT personnel, there should be six kinds of awareness: customer awareness, Quality awareness,Efficiency awareness,Active consciousness,Team awareness,Elites.

Putting customer consciousness first makes sense because the customer is God. In my opinion, customer awareness is not only about how service personnel treat customers politely, but also about the value of your work and the target of your work and services, he wants you to provide him with something like this. When doing things, you must consider all aspects of things from the customer's perspective. This is the most basic customer consciousness. Only with this consciousness in our hearts can we know what we are doing, and what we are doing can reflect the bid value and then the value of ourselves.

Quality Awareness: quality is the survival and development of an enterprise.Lifeline and blood,Quality awareness is not only reflected in the job of every employee, but also in the job of the highest decision-making level of the enterprise, it is a kind of willpower to consciously ensure the quality of hardware, software and process materials, work quality and service quality of the products produced by enterprises to deliver customer requirements. Enterprises seek survival by quality and development. Quality awareness is the ideological basis for the survival and development of enterprises. There is a saying: "Quality is the starting point of value and dignity ." In my opinion, a person with quality awareness is a person who truly understands the value and dignity. In today's society, the pursuit of high quality is a way for an enterprise and a person to survive, with a sense of quality, you will not be so careless in your work, and you will not give your superiors or customers the results that have not been done well. I am not doing well in this regard. In the future, I will strictly demand myself and deliver the best results to my superiors and customers.

Efficiency awareness is a manifestation of strict requirements on yourself. You must focus on efficiency in your work, do what you can do immediately, and never drag your work. You must increase your sense of time and improve your work efficiency, this is especially important in today's society.
