1. Numeric constants

   CONST/4 VA,0XB = 4bit Digital, max 15

   CONST/16 VAA, 0xBBBB = 16bit Digital

   Const VAA, 0xBBBBBBBB = 32bit Digital

2. String constants

   Const-string VAA, [email protected]

   Const-string/jumbo VAA, [email protected]

   The two differences are that Const-string/jumbo supports a larger number of string references, and if the number of strings in Dex exceeds 65536, you need to use Const-string/jumbo
