Card surface design mainly includes the front and back of the Social Security card printing content, layout and color design and specific size requirements.


1. Card front

The front of the card should include the following elements: National Emblem and Card Name (Social Security card of the People's Republic of China ). The layout on the front of the card is shown in the figure below.





2. Back of card

The back of the card should include the following areas: photo, Chip, basic information area, card issuer identification area, cooperative application identification area, cooperative application definition area, and issuer seal.
