In the early stages of software testing, it is common to repeat/write/modify use cases and use test management tools to record results; It may then be possible to enter automated testing, using automated test tools to assist with testing; Then according to personal choice: 1 management direction; 2 industry field experts direction; 3 test case design direction; 4 Automated test direction ... There are many directions, do not list a need to have the quality: patience, careful, eloquence or writing ability to strong, logical also stronger, enterprising spirit, team spirit; Considering the direction of future development, may also need to have a certain degree of leadership, with specific database/network/multiple programming languages/ Data structure and other knowledge (these are our software engineering major). Professional and professional skills, I think the major is all the programming, system-related, we all need to understand, but the database, data structure and specific programming languages are we have to focus on. Professional skills, must be positive, restrained but do not retreat, to maintain their positive attitude, a lot of learning, one day will break into the cocoon into a butterfly!
