Solution to problems with spoolsv.exe
This is a variant of a bot.
Use the report or Process Manager to view the following processes.
In fact, both of them are normal Printer services, but they have been inserted into the DLL download device by viruses.

If you do not need a printer, disable this service to end the process. (Or delete files) and then delete the c: \ windows \ system32 \ NTFS. dll file generated by USERINIT.
Replace userinit.exewith the original version file. The userinit.exe file under system32should be damaged and replaced by a virus. From c: \ windows \ system32 \ dllcache, we can find the userinit.exe of the automatic system to overwrite it back to system32. If it does not exist, we recommend that you copy one from a friend's computer.
Restart your computer, and then download 360 again. (For Internet cafe users, please note that the recovery card has been penetrated by viruses. The problems caused by restoration should be considered)
