Solution:

1 uninstall software

2. Delete the registry search team viewer. For example, [hkey_local_machinesoftwareteamviewer] [hkey_local_machinesoftwareteamviewer3] [hkey_local_machinesoftwareteamviewer4]

3. delete other information "System Disk: documents and settingsadministratorapplication datateamviewer"
