Solve VS2010 Error "Exceptions have been thrown by the target of a invocation"

Sometimes when your open a VS2010 project, an error window would pop up with the error message "Exceptions have been thro WNby the target of a invocation "which is weird.

The easy-to-solve this and get your project started normally is:

1) Open Task Mangager, find the explorer.exe in Processes, and then click End Process.

2) Click File -- New Task (Run ...), type in explorer.exe

3) Then reopen your project file, it should is OK now.
