SVN access to '/SVN/test /! SVN/me 'forbidden, which cannot be updated

Copy the repositorise file from the previous computer to the current PC, and check whether the job can be checkout but cannot be updated. None of the following solutions can be found on the Internet.

1. confirm that the URL is consistent with the actual one;

2. confirm that the user name and password are correct;

3. tortoisesvn-> setting-> save data to clear information;

None of the above issues have been resolved.

Later, I determined the security settings in repositories and found that the user is everyone, but the permissions is read only. Obviously, update and write operations are not allowed at this time. Only data can be exported. You only need to modify it to read/write to solve this problem.
