Table variable usage

When using Table variables, note that the columns and types are the same.

Create Table variable type

Create type a_gabproductinfo as table

(

Productgroupcode varchar (50 ),
Productname varchar (100)

);

Use table variables during storage
Create procedure [DBO]. [up_gab_insertproductinfo]
@ Temptable a_gabproductinfo readonly -- table value Parameter
As
Begin
-- Insert only none
Insert into a_gabproductinfo
Select a. productgroupcode,
A. productname
From @ temptable
Left join DBO. a_gabproductinfo B on A. productgroupcode = B. productgroupcode
And a. productname = B. productname
Where B. productname is null
