In fact, you must pay attention to the following points for good communication:

In project development, the attitude and feeling of doing things are sometimes not controlled by yourself. Maybe you are overwhelmed by the development schedule of the project, maybe the dawn of success will attract your desire for victory and your eyes from stay.

 

Two days ago, our project did not complete the relevant progress within the specified time. As a result, we were constantly urging ourselves to work overtime. As a result, we found that the number of System Bugs continued to increase, lead to more delays.

Our developers are very persistent and conscientious in doing things. When we find that things are not as expected, we will be overwhelmed by some pressure, we found that we didn't have time to stop and think about and find a better solution. On the contrary, we insisted on making a rush, but as time went by, we found ourselves stuck in a more difficult problem.

 

We really cannot let the pressure go out of our minds. At this time, we need to stop, give ourselves a cup of coffee time, think about it, maybe stop, and the problem will be solved.

In the progress of the project, problems are inevitable. However, it is worth learning to solve problems.

 

We may encounter the following problems:

1. colleague a is very formal, hard-working, and conscientious in doing things, but colleague B is very careless, very lazy, and very casual. Colleague a will despise colleague B in his mind. Every day, he works with an unequal attitude. After a long time, he finds that he does not have to work hard like this. He also pays for his laziness, simply give up those beautiful qualities.

2. Employee A is very serious, and employee B is very casual. He is a leader, but he is arrogant in criticizing his colleague B. He is an amiable and close-hearted Employee. After a long time, employee B is more casual.

 

In fact, these problems are not well handled. We are also working on a project. As a leader of a sub-system, sometimes these problems are not well handled, however, every time a problem occurs, after the problem is handled, I will think about whether the problem can be fundamentally solved in a proper way, whether it is helpful for the progress of the project, the development of the team members, and their own development.

 

In fact, if there is a problem, we should be gentle with people, do not lose your temper, no one owes you, do not try to control others, or pray that others can understand themselves, these are all fantasies. We need to put ourselves in the shoes of others, discover our own shortcomings and the shortcomings of our team members, and use our experience to get rid of our own shortcomings, in the process of communication and project development, employees should be aware of their own shortcomings and be guided to get rid of them. I think this is the way to solve the problem.

 

By our side, there are many challenges in project development. We can overcome many of these challenges by acquiring and using knowledge about the way the system works. However, most of the severe challenges are the nature of conflict between us and humans. Our passion, feelings, and instincts can easily change our rational and rational way of thinking. The first step to overcome the problems in project development is to learn how to cooperate with yourself, and the second step is to cooperate with others.
