Fortunately, after two days of communication, everyone knows the style of my work. I am not the kind of arrogant and easy-to-use person. Even I have formulated work regulations for the department, I have discussed with everyone and made a decision. So today's meeting was not as gloomy as the day before yesterday. I was alone. Especially a few cool people, very seriously prepare today's presentation. (-- I found that the higher the level, the more people take their work seriously. Attitude determines everything. The ancients did not bully me .)

The brothers put forward a lot of ideas, some of which are their thoughts on their careers, some of which are their thoughts on team building, and a small part of which are complaints about their current jobs, most of them look forward to a happy future. I know the various strange or naive ideas of this class, because I have had such a stage, and I am very happy to talk with you, I have exchanged ideas in many aspects, including understanding me and everyone. In the future, team building also requires various types of talents. Different talents should be used in different positions, some suitable for organizing team knowledge bases and some suitable for internal team training, some are suitable for concentrated research on difficult technical knowledge, some are good performers, and some are somewhat design talents. I am observing it silently. Of course, I will not make any conclusion yet.

In the afternoon, a brother asked me to go out and asked me to ask for help in organizing the team's knowledge base. I am very happy because this is something I have been trying to do but cannot do.
